• Greetings and salutations Awesome People of Sunnyside and Long Island City!!! Pranavah Yoga is inviting you to get your awesome asana outside and into the park!!! We're offering a series of FREE Yoga in Gantry Plaza State Park starting on Sunday June 1st at 10:30am. All levels are welcome!!

  The class will be held on the Pier 1: the Pier directly off of 48th Avenue. Bring yourself, a friend, yoga mat and don't forget the sunscreen. Please join us for some fun in the sun!!!
